Q. How do I buy a replacement pillow cover?
Replacement Breath Capsule pillow covers are available only to SOOMGYEOL SHIM customers. We’ll announce when sales begin.
Q. Can I put my own pillowcase over it?
Yes. In a fabric pass-through test, we confirmed that the ingredients in the capsules pass through pillowcase fabric.
Q. Are there two heights?
Yes. The edge under your neck is 11 cm on one side and 9 cm on the other. With the logo label on the right, the 11 cm side is under your neck; turn the pillow 180° for the 9 cm side. Turn it around — don’t flip it over.
Q. Isn’t it too high?
The surface hardness is close to 0, so when you lay your head down the surface sinks softly first and the core supports you right there. For a lower height, turn the pillow 180° and use the 9 cm side.
Q. Won’t it sink too much?
Only the surface is soft; the core is dense at 60 kg/m³. The surface handles softness, and the core handles support.
Q. How do I wash it?
Remove and wash only the outer cover (hand wash at 30°C or below · neutral detergent · wash separately). The inner cover is joined to the foam, so neither is washed. If it gets stained, gently wipe just that area and dry it in a cool, well-ventilated shaded place. To keep the foam lasting, avoid direct sunlight.
Q. Does it smell?
It’s open-cell foam made with an eco MDI cold-cure process, so there’s no odor even right after opening.
Q. It’s compression-packed — will it regain its shape?
Yes. It returns to its original shape as soon as you unpack it.
